Edgar Digital Wave LLC provides digital marketing services that are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped as part of our standard digital marketing services.

1. Service Delivery

After successful payment and confirmation of the order, we will review the purchased service and determine the information or materials required from the customer.

We generally begin the onboarding or initial review process within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. If additional information, account access, or materials are required, the service timeline will begin after we receive the necessary information.

2. Customer Information

Some services require customers to provide information, website access, advertising account access, brand materials, business information, or other resources.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary access in a timely manner.

If required information or access is not provided, service delivery may be delayed. Any delay caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or late customer information will not be considered a delay caused by Edgar Digital Wave LLC.

3. Service Timeline

The delivery timeline varies depending on the service purchased, project scope, customer requirements, and the availability of necessary information.

Unless a different timeline is stated in the applicable service description or written agreement, the following general timeframes may apply:

Initial consultation or service onboarding: generally within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of required information.
Digital marketing audit or initial review: generally within 5–10 business days after all required information and access are received.
Keyword research or strategy recommendations: generally within 7–14 business days after the project begins.
Website optimization recommendations: generally within 7–14 business days after the required website information or access is received.
Advertising campaign setup: generally within 3–7 business days after all required account access, advertising materials, and approvals are received.
Marketing reports: generally provided according to the applicable service plan, commonly on a monthly or project-based schedule.
Consultation sessions: generally scheduled within 5 business days after the customer and Edgar Digital Wave LLC confirm availability.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing.

Specific delivery expectations may be communicated during the purchasing or onboarding process. Complex projects, revisions, third-party platform requirements, customer approval delays, technical issues, or changes in project scope may extend the estimated timeline.

4. Electronic Delivery

Deliverables may be provided through email, online documents, reports, shared files, meetings, or other electronic communication methods.

We generally send completed deliverables or service updates during normal business hours and may use the email address or other contact information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or communication method provided to us and for reviewing delivered materials in a timely manner.

5. Service Completion

A service may be considered delivered when the agreed deliverables have been provided, the requested consultation has been completed, or the applicable service period has ended.

If customer feedback, approval, or revisions are required, the service may be considered delivered when the initial agreed deliverable has been provided, even if additional customer review or approval remains pending.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some marketing services depend on third-party platforms such as search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics systems, or other online services.

We cannot guarantee continuous availability or functionality of third-party platforms.

Delays caused by third-party platform reviews, account restrictions, technical outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, verification requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the service timeline.

7. No Physical Shipping

Our digital marketing services are provided electronically. Therefore, physical shipping is generally not applicable to these services.
